What is the difference between C-type and H-type hydraulic oil pipe joints?

1. Hydraulic oil pipe joint type C: The hydraulic oil pipe joint type C has a 60 degree bell mouth;
2. Hydraulic oil pipe joint H-type: The hydraulic oil pipe joint H-type is a 24 degree cone.
2、 The purpose of hydraulic oil pipe joints C-type and H-type is different
1. Hydraulic oil pipe joint C-type: Hydraulic oil pipe joint C-type is used to connect with expansion type pipe joints;
2. Hydraulic oil pipe joint H-type: Hydraulic oil pipe joint H-type is used for O-ring sealing joints.
Extended Information:
Types of hydraulic pipe joints
1、 Welding type pipe joint
Use connecting pipes to weld pipes. Seal the end face of the joint body and the connecting pipe with an O-ring seal. Simple structure, easy to manufacture, good sealing performance, and low requirement for pipe size accuracy. Require high welding quality and inconvenient assembly and disassembly. The working pressure can reach 31.5MPa, and the working temperature is -25~80 ℃, suitable for pipeline systems with oil as the medium.
2、 Ferrule type pipe joint
The pipe is clamped and sealed by deformation of the ferrule. It has advanced structure, good performance, light weight, small size, and convenient use, and is widely used in hydraulic systems. The working pressure can reach 31.5MPa, requiring high precision in pipe size and the use of cold drawn steel pipes. The accuracy of the card sleeve is also high. Suitable for pipeline systems in oil, gas, and general corrosive media.
3、 Flared pipe joint
Seal by expanding the end of the pipe without the need for other sealing components. Simple structure, suitable for connecting thin-walled pipe fittings. It is also suitable for pipeline systems with lower pressure using oil and gas as media.
