The correct approach is to use a certain type of joint body to connect one end of the pipe and pre-install the corresponding connection end with the same type of joint, which can minimize leakage problems The end face of the pipe should be flush. After the pipe is sawn off, it should be polished flat on grinding wheels and other tools, and burrs should be removed. It should be cleaned and blown clean with high-pressure air before use During pre-installation, the coaxiality between the pipe and the joint body should be maintained as much as possible. If the pipe deviates too much, it can also cause sealing failure The pre-installation force should not be too strong, and the inner edge of the sleeve should just fit into the outer wall of the pipe. The sleeve should not have obvious deformation. When connecting pipelines, assemble them according to the specified tightening force. The tightening force of the ∅ 6-1 sleeve is 64-1 15n, 16 ∅ MMR 259n, and the tightening force of the ∅ 18mm sleeve is 450n. If the sleeve deforms severely during pre-installation, it will lose its sealing effect.
